When you call or email us we collect your name, contact details and a description of the work you’d like quoted. When you engage us we collect the property address and any access information required to perform the work.
How we use information
We use information to quote, schedule and perform clearance work, and to issue invoices and disposal paperwork. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as required by law or as part of normal business operations (for example, a council tip docket or a recycler receipt that references the property).
Photos taken during work
We take photos during work for our records, for handover, and occasionally for staff training. Photos are stored privately and are not published or shared without explicit consent. If you require all photos destroyed on completion, tell us in writing and we will confirm in writing.
