Brisbane Hoarding Clearance is a clearance contracting business based in Brisbane. We work to family members, executors, solicitors, property managers, real estate agents and support coordinators across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay and the Redlands.
We are a clearance contractor, not a counselling service, support service or decluttering coach. Our job is to remove contents, dispose of them through the correct stream, and hand back a property ready for sale, lease, settlement or continued occupation. We don’t comment on the contents of the home, on site or after.
Every crew member is police-checked, WHS-compliant, and trained on the specific PPE and disposal workflows our jobs need. We operate our own trucks, hire skips and pull biohazard equipment from a dedicated kit. Subcontracting is reserved for asbestos and pest — specialist work that requires licences we don’t hold.
