How much does a house clearance cost in Brisbane?
Jobs are quoted per job, not per hour. Volume of contents, access, parking, tip distance and disposal mix all affect price. We quote fixed-fee or capped, so you know the maximum before we start. Most quotes are returned in 24–48 hours and are free.
How quickly can you start?
Same-day callouts are available most weekdays for rubbish removal and house clearance, subject to crew availability. Larger hoarding, estate and squalor jobs are typically scheduled within 5–10 business days, with urgent settlement and estate work handled case by case.
Do we need to be on site?
No. We work to a written keep-list and salvage instruction. Family members, executors, solicitors and property managers commonly engage us with the owner absent — we send daily photo updates and a full handover report.
Are you insured and police-checked?
Yes. We carry public liability, workers comp and goods-in-transit cover, and every crew member is police-checked and WHS-trained. Certificates of currency are available on request.
